Nothing like throwing up red wine in the carpet because you are too drunk to make it to the toilet, then trying to clean the mess before your wife gets home and sees your drunken stupor. Heavy drinking is not as romantic as some people make it out to be. I feel fortunate to have escaped the chains of alcohol and still be alive to tell the sad story.
